Goodall Pools is dedicated to providing a safe environment for both our customers and our employees. We have reviewed the most recent federal CDC information and Pennsylvania state guidelines covering the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) pandemic. In addition, we have sought clarification from members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives along with trade industry experts. Based on our research we will modify our business temporarily.
To limit the health risks for our customers and staff, we will offer the following modified business offerings.
Phone Support and Curbside Pickup
Retail stores will be limited to providing phone support and pulling orders for curbside pickup and we will offer delivery on certain orders. We will staff each store Monday thru Saturday 9 am to 5 pm with a key team member who will be able to answer questions, provide information and help to put together orders so you are able to take advantage of our great pre-season sale which is going on currently.
FREE Water Testing Is Still Available at All Retail Locations
Leave your bottle with us and we will do a water test to help ensure that your pool or spa is sanitary and ready for your family to enjoy. Be sure that your name and phone number are on the sample. We will call or email your results.
Service for Your Pool or Spa Continues
Our Service Department will continue to offer support for your pool or spa while following CDC protocol to ensure a safe environment for your family. Feel free to call our service department at 717-774-6613.
Services We Must Put on Hold for Now
Goodall Pools Professional Sales Team will be restricted from doing in-home consultations temporarily until guidelines are lifted. Please feel free to call or email us with questions that you may have. We will be happy to help you.
Goodall Pools Construction Department will halt construction projects until state approval is given for these efforts to continue. In the meantime, we have visited each of our current projects to establish a safe environment at the job site until we are able to start again.
